Built a tailor-made internal management system for a mid-size enterprise, integrating ERP, CRM, and workflow automation to boost operational efficiency.
Background
The client was a manufacturing company with an 80-person team, long reliant on Excel spreadsheets and paper-based processes to manage orders, customer data, and production scheduling. Information silos between departments were severe, with sales, warehouse, and production teams frequently experiencing delays due to data sync issues.
Solution
- Conducted requirement interviews and process audits, mapping out complete business workflows
- Built a backend API with Node.js + PostgreSQL and a Vue 3 frontend management interface
- Integrated three core modules: order management, CRM, and production scheduling
- Connected LINE Notify and Email for automated alerts and real-time anomaly warnings
- Designed role-based access control so each department sees only relevant information
- Set up n8n automation workflows: auto-dispatch on order creation, auto-notify purchasing when inventory falls below safety levels
Results
- Order processing time reduced from an average of 2 days to 4 hours
